A truly horrible experience. One of the staff seems to think that scowling and grunting rudely at customers is an acceptable way to behave. On top of that the food was ill-prepared and over-priced. It's a shame Google doesn't allow zero star ratings because place would certainly be getting one if it did. Avoid at all costs.

The other day I bought pasta at Panissimo (Valladolid) and my experience was very disappointing. I ordered 1/4 kg and they told me they couldn't give me less than half a kilo. While I didn't think it was right, I accepted that. The problem came when I got home: the pasta at the bottom of the box was clearly burnt (photo attached). Visually, the pasta on top looked fine, but the damaged pasta was underneath. I felt cheated. I believe that if a product is burnt, it shouldn't be sold, much less placed underneath so the customer can't see it. I'm writing this so that other people will carefull
