We had a great experience at the restaurant. The food was really good, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. A special mention to our waiter, Misbah, who did a wonderful job , very attentive and friendly throughout our visit. However, we do have a few suggestions for improvement. It would be great to have more variety in the soup options. Also, there were no Coca-Cola bottles available, which was a bit inconvenient for us. Additionally, the 10% service charge feels a bit high. we hope it could be reduced to around 5% to make it more customer-friendly. Overall, the service, especially from Misbah, and the ambiance were excellent. Looking forward to visiting again!

The ambience of the place was really nice and overall there’s not much to complain about in terms of the atmosphere. However, the seating could definitely be improved, especially the couches. They’ve become quite worn out and we kept sinking into them, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to properly reach the table while eating. The food was good, though the portion sizes felt a little small for the price point. Our service was handled by Sachintha, who gave some great recommendations and was helpful throughout. Service overall was good, but one thing that did make us slightly uncomfortable was the staff staring quite a bit during the meal.

We ordered Seafood Fried Rice and Chicken Kottu. Kottu was soo good and can rate 7/10. But im not happy with its meat portion, cuz i only found bones parts with tiny meat pieces. Fried rice was not good 👎. its taste felt like cooked with old/too much reused oil. but there were enough proteins ( prawns, cuttlefish, fish). if i rate it i give 4 out of 5 for the fried rice

Had a great experience at Big Palate. Tried the regular Egg Fried Rice and Egg Kottu (Rs. 1199 each) and both were delicious and worth the price. Regular portion size was enough for a couple. Nice atmosphere and special thanks to Maheesh for the friendly customer service. Seating arrangement could be a bit more comfortable, and parking space is limited but manageable. Overall, highly recommended!
