Food was good, not excellent. The Caesar Prawn wrap was quite mediocre but the other items were much better. The Jaffna Style Mud Crab Curry and the Grilled Barramundi were good, albeit I didn’t manage to capture a picture of the latter. Desserts were both good and the portions were big. Atmosphere was great and very lively with good music being played. Visited on a Sunday night- it wasn’t overly crowded, busy and loud, but it wasn’t empty and lifeless either. Service was excellent! We were really taken good care by our server Janath- very helpful, attentive, respectful and interactive. He helped us pick out our dishes by recommending what he thought was best after asking us what we were in the mood for. He also kept checking in on us quite often to see if everything was okay, how we liked the food and if we wanted anything at all. Superb service by Janath!

Chill Colombo is one of those places that gets everything just right. Located at the entrance of Colombo Port City, the setting itself is beautiful and makes for a perfect spot to unwind. The name "Chill" is absolutely fitting because that's exactly the vibe you get the moment you walk in. Both the indoor and outdoor seating areas are thoughtfully designed and incredibly relaxing. Whether you're looking to enjoy the views outside or settle into the cozy indoor space, the atmosphere is warm, laid-back, and inviting. Add in some great music, and it's the perfect place to spend an evening. We ordered a pizza, a matcha, and a couple of cocktails, and everything was excellent. I recently visited Chill Colombo for their buffet, and it was genuinely one of the best buffet experiences I’ve had. They offer two buffet options on different days — a mini buffet priced around 4K and a larger spread at 7K. Both are well worth it considering the quality and variety of food. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared with the right ingredients, and the flavors really stood out. The local items were especially impressive. The wadei and hoppers tasted very authentic, which is not something you always find at buffets. Everything felt fresh, well-balanced, and satisfying. One thing to note is their corkage policy — they charge 7K for BYOB, which is quite steep. Also, a 1.5L water bottle is priced at around 600, so it’s good to keep that in mind. Overall, the food quality easily makes up for the pricing. A great experience and definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for a high-quality buffet in Colombo.

Nice ambiance with fantastic food. We had dinner here. The light setup was amazing. They have buffet at nights 4000 rs net. It’s reasonable for non vegetarians. We had options there but we choose Ala carte. There was a birthday party on that day. Ample space to have parties. They have decorated well also.
