A hidden gem in Bern – pure gold. Everything about this place was outstanding: the service, the atmosphere, the food – all of it. If you’re not a local, you might think it’s a bit tucked away, but honestly, it’s super easy to find. I highly recommend dining outside; they have little cabins that look like cable cars. And don’t worry about the cold – they’ve got heaters inside the cabins to keep you cozy. The service is warm and attentive – they make sure you’re always taken care of. The menus are only in German, but the staff speaks English, so ordering is a breeze. Plus, there aren’t too man

Nice restaurant. We are family of two adults and two 11 years olds. They did a kid's menu of chicken nuggets and fried potatoes which was actually pan-fried chicken breast in breadcrumbs and was delicious. I would have ordered for myself. My wife had a salad which was well dressed and she enjoyed. I had the meatloaf and a beer. Superb. Staff were very good. We finished with an iced coffee ice cream, which I would recommend. Not cheap, but Switzerland seldom is. Recommended.

Went here for easter brunch and it was absolutely phenomenal. We had the most delicious assortment of breakfast items. From pancakes to different egg dishes to fresh fruit and amazing breads. We were a group of 15 and we served our hot drinks within 5min. The buffet was big but not too big as to feel like you’d miss out on something. Definitely will be back 10/10.

We had the potato and lime cold soup and it was a tasty surprise (it comes in a glass with a straw). The buratta and tomato salad was tasty. The salad with chicken breast was also good (I would have preferred to have the sauce on the side, so I could have as much or as little as I wanted). The chocolate cake with double cream was great. Staff was very nice and service was good.
