It was a warm savory dish that felt like a big hug while not being overwhelming. The right amount of flavor and texture so that the dish still feels refined and measured. a perfect bite! The scallops were a good pairing with the risotto. Light, a touch of sweetness, very well executed. Highly recommend and hope to come back in the new year.
