先緩這間位於廟宇旁巷內的文青風格小店一開張就座無虛席，食物方面屬於不難吃、就是填個肚子；但酒真的厲害，每杯都是獨特的滋味，Bartender也很友善，是個可以慢下腳步、好好放鬆的微醺夜晚。 ---------- ■ 瓜子雞湯 挺小一碗，紫蘇梅的酸鹹為普通的雞湯增色不少，但結合瓜仔肉就略鹹了些，尾韻的薑味很暖胃。 ■ 馬卡龍 馬卡龍1份2顆，綠色馬卡龍外皮帶有濃厚艾草風味，內餡的鳳梨醬還帶點胡椒風味，很特別；紅色馬卡龍則是帶有明顯茶感，內餡的果醬還吃得到蘋果絲，尾韻還帶點乳酪滋味，滋味各有千秋，都很不錯。 ■ Bar 整體呈現粉紅色調，表層是薰衣草泡沫，覆盆子果醬的酸甜調中帶有鮮奶油風味，微氣泡口感，再搭配由瑞典藝術家設計的杯子，說是杯酒、倒更像杯甜點。 ■ 味噌 水洗奶茶的溫和鮮甜中又帶點白味噌風味，Bartender說明先喝酒再配海苔，海苔須盡快吃完，鹹甜與輕酒感的結合很特別。 ■ 珀白 酒感明顯且純粹，搭配東方美人茶的泡沫（酒單上是麥茶泡沫），滋味清新，乾淨俐落。 ■ 梅蘇 因為含有芥末成分，Bartender會先詢問可否接受，芥末可加可不加，主體是紫蘇風味的微酸甜調，尾韻則是芥末與小黃瓜風味，酒感輕。

Slow Down This bar was recommended by a new drinking friend I met while bar hopping in Tainan. Hidden in a small alley, the space is compact, yet it has a warm, cocoon-like atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. One of the biggest highlights is the menu design. Each page is made to resemble the actual glassware and color of the cocktail. You have to physically pull it open to see the ingredients inside. The interaction is playful and memorable, though it does mean you’ll spend a bit more time choosing. Their first drink concept includes a collaboration glass with an artist, introduced as a Ramos Gin Fizz twist. Because I had an oral exam the next day, I planned to stop at two drinks—but ended up having three anyway. Both signature cocktails and classics were solid and well executed.
