20-year veteran New Yorker here. Reverb bar is an excellent, low key place for any occasions, but especially for people who care about truly well-made classic cocktails. I had my best negroni and my best gimlet here. Kenzo is our favorite bartender, who is incredible and very well-versed in classic cocktails. His drinks easily trump New York bars, and you should not underestimate how talented he is.

Just spent a lovely afternoon here. Looking to escape the heat we came in looking for a beer. Ended up having a range of cocktails as well in cool (both temperature and location wise) place. We were the only ones there (it was 2pm) but the bartender was awesome. Helped us choose drinks and was super friendly. We will be back.

it's too good. the best bar in tainan. the most welcoming, the best tasting, the realest feel. i've been to quite a few places here in tainan, and...i just keep wanting to come back here. it's relaxed, the food and the drinks are delicious, there's no pretense, and it's just...so comfortable. to explain myself: bars are not supposed to be about the best drinks and the best food. first and foremost, they should be about the friendliness of everyone in them. you just want a place to relax and have a good time ultimately. if the drinks and food are good, great. yet, this place has the best of everything going on for it! the best people, the best drinks, the best food. everything is fantastic. i'm going to be sad to leave it, and happy to revisit it when i come back. it's just too good. there's no other way to put it.
