I ordered a double espresso with their fruitiest smelling beans. The ordering process was a bit confusing, though. Customers are supposed to order via QR code, but the bean selection shown online wasn’t the same as the one available when asking the staff directly. That said, the espresso itself was very tasty. The last sip, once it had cooled down, was a bit too acidic for my liking, but the rest of the cup was well balanced with a nice body and plenty of fruity notes. The staff was friendly and happy to talk about the beans available that day. The drinks arrived relatively quickly. Water was self service, and my espresso wasn’t served with a glass of water, which I would have appreciated. The café itself is very modern and minimalist. Given the heat outside, it was pleasantly cool inside, and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. I was very excited to come here because of the high reviews but the service turned out to be quite disappointing. I came in the early afternoon and it wasn't very crowded. Ordered a single latte at 2.10 pm. At 2:30pm the wait staff told me to wait a moment more. 10 minutes later at 2.40pm the latte still had not come. I waited half an hour for ONE latte. I asked for a refund and in the process of getting the refund ONLY THEN they told me my latte was ready. Was really disappointed with the service.
