This is an update to my previous review. The food here is still absolutely incredible—hands down, the best cheesy fries I've ever had! The flavors are outstanding, and they definitely know how to elevate comfort food. My friends also raved about the burgers, claiming they had the best ones they've ever had in Arusha at this location. However, my experience was marred by the staff's lack of direction. When I visited with a few friends, the waiters seemed overwhelmed and unsure of their roles. We weren’t even offered drinks, which was quite disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and I believe there’s significant room for improvement in that area. Additionally, the atmosphere isn’t particularly suited for dining. It feels more like a takeout spot than a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal with friends. While I wholeheartedly recommend the food, I must unfortunately advise against dining in. If you’re looking for a great meal, consider ordering takeout instead!
