This street is lined with many similar café-restaurants, and we chose this spot for a quick lunch. The venue features a man-made lake with a beach vibe and offers plenty of parking spaces out front. While the food is average, the seating arrangements are quite nice, creating a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. As you head toward the mangrove coastline, countless dining options await. One highlight is Beachy Café, which features walkways over water to pavilions, paddle boats, canoes, private rooms, and evening live music. There’s also a playground and plenty of picturesque spots for photos. Open daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., it’s a great choice for any meal. While the area has modernized with cafes, residential villages, and paved roads, it still preserves its traditional charm with prawn farms and a relaxed, rural vibe. On Saturday, October 26, I enjoyed a delicious meal here for about 4,065 baht.

Bang Khun Thian is an old district a good hour south west of Bangkok. It is one of the major regions of aquaculture that’s filled with lots and lots of prawn farms. There are many big seafood restaurants here and they range from massively trendy ones sitting over water to rustic ones lined along the roadside that have not changed much since the beginning. Just driving along Bang Khun Thian towards the mangrove coastline, one will be spoilt for choice. Beachy Café is one that we been to recently and it has a lot pack into a restaurant. There are walkways over water leading to platforms and pavilions, there are paddle boats and canoes for guest to venture all over their massive pond. Private rooms are available for booking, and there is a stage area for live music in the night. A mini playground lets the young play, and picturesque spots everywhere for social videos and stills. The deserts are quite good, not too sweet, but brownie is too hard to eat. I’m not sure that they baked too long or not, but if they made it softer, it would be delicious. About the drink, I prefer the butterfly pea with coconut juice frappé. It’s so good. The atmosphere here quite very nice. I recommend to have dinner here because the weather won’t be too hot or too cold. However, the price is quite high even if I was there for having dessert in the cafe.

Nice atmosphere, good food, great coffee, free kayak to see a small lake, live music. Good for coffee and dinning. Actually, it would be a good place for a small concert because they have a very good scene with lights etc.
