Absolutely loved my lunch at Fish Market! If you truly appreciate fresh seafood, this place is such a gem. We tried lobster, scallops, prawns and local oysters, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. Grilled to perfection, served with delicious sauces, plus a lovely fish finger compliment from the restaurant 🤍 The concept is amazing too. You can choose your seafood and vegetables and have them prepared exactly the way you like, grilled, steamed or as a fresh salad. And the interior simply beautiful ! We had the most wonderful evening at Fishmarket at the InterContinental Al Bateen, and it truly exceeded expectations from start to finish. The concept itself is fantastic. You select your seafood directly from their beautifully displayed open fish market, along with your choice of vegetables and cooking style. Everything looked incredibly fresh and vibrant. As a starter, we had lobster with a red curry sauce. It was divine. Tender, soft, and perfectly balanced with the richness of the sauce. For our main, we chose a stunning sea bass, butterfly grilled and marinated with Arabic spices. It was cooked to absolute perfection.
