Don't expect this mcdonalds to get your order right. I have never had an order correct from this store. Missing items such as extra nuggets, all of the fries at times, missing burgers. VERY rarely do you get straws for your drinks and dont even bother paying for extra sauces in a delivery they won't turn up.

My pregnant partber ordered through Uber eats for the driver to tell us the manager was refusing remake our order because he was "too busy" waited over 2hrs for two lots of freezing cold meals. Won't be ordering again complete utter joke from this branch. Will be reporting to HO.

1/5 – Extremely Disappointed I don’t usually leave reviews, but this McDonald’s visit was honestly terrible. My food came out stone cold, like it had been sitting there for ages. The fries were soggy, the burger was barely warm, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. To make things worse, the service was awful. The staff seemed uninterested and acted like serving customers was an inconvenience. No greeting, no smile, and when I politely mentioned that my food was cold, I was met with attitude instead of help. For a place that’s supposed to be quick and consistent, this was one of the worst fast

This was our second visit here, the first being about 2 months ago. Both times there has been issues. First time the wait was so long, took about 15 minutes for a happy meal. This time, we got it as a takeaway and wasn't until we got home that we saw they had left out a big mac. We bought 2 meals and only got 1 burger. Sadly the service in here is so slow. This will be the last time we visit, in future will go back to Pencoed, as never have any issues there.
