Amazing, genuinely very happy with the service, food, and hygiene. Halal confirmed, We went on Eid so had to wait an hour and a half in the queue, my dad was moody in particular but the moment the food came out, everyone's mood changed completely. The past was tasty and plentiful, same with the rice. The chicken was great but on the platter it was overcooked because the skin was hard on some of it so had to eat around it. I recently had the pleasure of dining in at Fenous and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and looked after by our waitress, Segel, who was exceptional. We had a small platter — it was nice enough, though nothing particularly special. The bread wasn’t freshly made onsite. The service was great, staff were really friendly, and the decor and atmosphere were lovely. The bathrooms could use a bit of attention and a clean, but overall it was a pleasant visit.
