Visited the branch this evening and Very disappointed with the service today at Subway Hall Green. The staff member wearing a bandana made my sub incorrectly because he failed to check what sauce was requested. When I politely pointed out the mistake, there was no apology or attempt to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for another sub because he wanted to serve the customers waiting first. Mistakes happen, but poor attitude and lack of customer service are unacceptable. A simple apology and a quick resolution would have made all the differen
