"I had a terrible experience at this location while trying to pick up a delivery order. After waiting for over ten minutes, I politely asked the staff about the status of my order. Instead of receiving a professional and helpful response, a member of the team began shouting at me, stating that the order would come whenever it arrived. When I asked him to speak politely, he escalated the situation, becoming completely aggressive and stating he could shout if he wanted to. I got some wings and fries from Sam’s Chicken in Acton and I really it. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The customer service stood out as well, especially the little girl at the till who was very polite, friendly, and helpful. She made the experience more pleasant. The place was clean and the order was handled quickly. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely come back again.

Very disappointing experience. The food was extremely overpriced for the quality provided, and it did not seem fresh. What made the situation worse was the customer service. The staff came across as arrogant and uninterested in addressing customer concerns. I also tried contacting the restaurant regarding my experience, but my calls were never answered. Definitely not worth the money. I'll try that their food certificate and license should be checked by the proper authority.
