This place is a joke. I went in at 5pm on a Friday evening and naturally the place ws busy. You would not have guessed it by the attitude of the manager or staff though. They were pottering about the kitchen like they had all the time in the world. Someone waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee and my apple pie which is notorious for being scalding hot, was barely lukewarm. A customer complained about waiting so long and his order being wrong. There’s a 25 year old employee here called Ahmed, and he genuinely made my day. He went out of his way to accommodate me and my 3 yr olds even though I hadn’t ordered table service, he brought my food and all the sauces to us himself because he could see I had my hands full. He then went out of his way to let us get a deal to have an ice cream. He was so lovely to the kids and to me and honestly turned a stressful day into a lovely one and lowkey restored my faith in humanity. It’s the little things that make the most difference sometimes. I am not going to comment on the food which was fine but I am going to comment on a member of your staff who is absolutely amazing and a credit to your company. After being a local worker in the area I visited the nearest McDonald and had a highly disappointing experience at the Archway location due to poor service quality and lack of professionalism. Despite more than seven employees being on shift, the staff showed little urgency in fulfilling orders. I placed and paid for my order at 12:31 AM, yet I did not receive my food until 12:57 AM—an unacceptable delay for a fast-food establishment.
