Visited this Starbucks on 6 February 2026 and it was a really disappointing experience. Every single table was dirty — used cups, plates, tissues, and utensils left everywhere. There wasn’t one clean table available. We asked staff multiple times if a table could be cleared, especially since the one we wanted had filthy, used items on it. Despite this, the staff continued chatting among themselves and showed clear irritation when we kept asking. There was no queue and no customers being served, yet basic cleanliness was ignored. Was in on Friday 22nd and felt disappointed by the atmosphere from one of the staff. A blonde lady in a black apron was asking inappropriate, sexual question to the staff and mainly her manager I believe. Made it an awkward experience so I quickly left, hopefully its fixed soon, especially for kids.
