I ordered 3x large double Big Mac with bacon meals to pick up and when I got home the burgers were single Big Macs in a double box. Tried contacting via the in app thing but that just dint work and surprise surprise no answer when calling the restaurant!

Totally avoid this place... Twice in a row now I've had missing items in my order which is unacceptable especially since their prices have shot up! 3 large fries were missing last night totalling £9.10 in a refund which didn't help really as no fries at all totally ruined the meals for both of us! I expect better from McDonald's and may never order again!

Was told to wait in the car park for food. However there were no spaces at all. Whilst waiting I saw 7 maybe 8 delivery drivers come out and climb into cars. Surely they should not block the car park. Spoke to a member of staff about it but she basically couldn’t care less. Apparently delivery orders are more important. I said that people would just drive off without going in but she still didn’t care.

Absolute joke, ordered a wrap and fries, sat in drive thru queue for ages, then got asked to park in the carpark, were no spaces and everyone just parking where they want with hazard lights on. Food came out and fries were missing so had to re join the queue, lad on the presenting window had an attitude.
