Needed a hotel within a short distance of a venue I was attending and The Park fit the bill. Plenty of parking at the back of the hotel, Staff were friendly and efficient, I booked dinner which had ample portions and was tasty although service was a bit slow even though it was quiet. Room was very nice, clean and well maintained and bed was very comfortable, I slept well. Breakfast was buffet for continental breakfast items and waited for cooked breakfast, the cooked breakfast was delicious and portions were good. I certainly stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great overall experience. Good parking and convenient electric car charging, clean good sized room and lovely position next to a nice park. Would like to have seen more variety on the breakfast buffet and breakfast serving staff was quite grumpy. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay

We have stayed at the Park Hotel before and it never disappoints. We booked at very short notice. We were upgraded to a lovely clean warm room after being greeted by friendly reception staff. During our evening we ate a lovely roast on the bar area and had excellent service. My husband and i we're so relaxed we came down to breakfast too late on a Weekday morning. But the resturant staff were very accommadating and brought my husband 'a perfect cooked breakfast' toast and tea. Nothing was too much trouble. We would rate our stay 12/10 . Staying here for work, and this is probably one of the nicest places I have stayed. Perfectly clean, all staff have been extremely polite and welcoming. Great decor throughout, really smart rooms and the food is delicious. Nice and quiet spot, very close to town centre too. Highly recommended.
