I'm not sure if it is just this store or Asda as a whole. They seem incapable of keeping stock on the shelves. The number of times I go in (usually 3-4) I'm always having to find an alternative because what I went in for isn't available. It's ridiculous. The Isa (or however it's spelt) brothers have slowly killed Asda. They stopped caring for their staff & started looking at where they can make money. It's a real shame what's happened over the years. This ASDA is special to me because it's in Nelson, a place I love. It's bigger, cleaner, and better than the one in Northampton, with great staff.

New to area so thought we'd pop in for a quick breakfast. There were only 2 people in front of us but took ages to get served. Looked like they were only ordering a drink each. We ordered a full breakfast and a bacon bap. Both were put together by the same lady who took our order so that in itself slows the process. We stood and waited for it so people after us had to wait to be served. Egg was cooked fresh. Hubby's bap was tiny so I let him have part of my breaky to add into his sandwhich. Click & Collect far too slow. 15 minutes sat around waiting to be acknowledged, another 15 minutes waiting for them to bring out my small order. I was the only car here in the whole 30 minutes! No apologies or reason for the extended delay. Tried again several months later and it’s even worse now. Waiting times 30+ minutes. See photo for proof. No apology.
