Had my daughter poorly in hospital and she wanted a pie so when I went lots of pies cooked but not one was warm what a waist of food. Whan asked if anything at all was coming out got told no so ended up leaving without anything at all

Went there excited at 7:30 pm after work to use my free birthday treat voucher. The only customers were me and a couple in front of me (we all went into the store at the same time). The couple wanted two hot drinks and some doughnuts. The cashier’s till broke down so we were told the wait would be 5 minutes. While the till was supposedly rebooting the Greggs cashier made the drinks and doughnuts ready so once the till is fixed the couple can take their stuff and go. The till wasn’t fixed and I heard the cashier say the doughnuts are on her as compensation for the wait time… but I was also wait
