I'm very impressed by the quality of the food, served piping hot. (completely opposite to a branch in Oxford) Small incident took place in front of me though. While most of the staff were good, one young lady was very rude to us, when she messed up another customer's order. She'd need some sensitivity training in customer care. Since the food was spot on and the other staff being good, overall good experience.

This man here shouting IM TAKING NO MORE ORDERS DO U NOT UNDERSTAND ME in a very condescending way at my parents who have been here for over 25 years they understand English very well and work in the cancer ward in the hospital as a head nurse. Asking if my mother understood him or not when we were waiting for our order and wanted to order something else , I asked him why he was taking no more orders and shouts IM NOT TAKING ANYMORE ORDERS DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME and shouts Jesus Christ on his way back to the kitchen. His words were racially motivated at he spoke to other white customers absolute

upon arrival the staff seemed very tired and out of it however they communicated very well and even complimented my partners outfit! the food was incredible and was filled to the brim with meat and veg making it very tasty and a great experience! ignore bad reviews the food here is leng wallahi

Such a shame because I do like Taco Bell, but (older male) ruined that experience for me. Not only the order was long to wait for, but he decided to be rude to my young son for absolutely no reason at all. The female cashier and younger male with the beard were embarrassed... not sure what's going on here but that is not great customer service. He also kept huffing and puffing every time a delivery driver arrived to collect. Very uncomfortable. I said my piece respectfully 🙏
