We bought a bargain bucket for dinner and got dissapointed. After a long drive, we just thought let us order dinner from KFC (Festival place) instead of other take aways.I would like to believe the chicken we got was an order made couple hours before or left all day, it was rotten and smelling, the fries were dry not the usual KFC fries....we were completley disappointed.Threw all of it away! It was disappointing honestly.

Ordered rice and chicken salad. Quite nice but nothing was provided to eat it with. So I had to go back downstairs while my food was getting cold to ask for utensils. I was given a small, flattish wooden spoon!!! I was told they didn't have anything else. There was no apology or any warning in advance that you needed your own utensils if you wanted to order that dish. They couldn't have cared less - that was how it came across. Also all our chips were cold. Really sorry to have bothered them!!

crap time in KFC staff are rude tables dirty with food and general rubbish everywhere floors dirty no loo roll in toliets. they get 1 star. u speak to staff they just ignore u tatal disrespect for customers
