I had a great experience at M&S a few days ago and felt I had to share it. I visited the store in search of a sourdough baguette, mainly because my partner is obsessed with them, especially the ones M&S makes. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the bakery, they had sold out. However, one of the bakers, Ayman, noticed I was looking for something and came over to ask if he could help. When I told him what I was after, he explained that they had sold out of the sourdough baguettes and was very apologetic. I loved Shopping at This Marks and Spencer's outlet Located in the Basingstoke festival place , it's feels like a one stop shop for all your needs , the Quality of products right from the clothing to the food is the best , the entire facility is very well arranged and you will love the shopping experience here , the staff is very Cooperative and will help you with a smile 😊.. I will rate it a very good shopping experience 👍👍

Cafe - I’ve rated on the lower side as they’ve drastically reduced the options available here. I used to look forward to fish and chips, omelettes etc but now you can only get breakfast rolls, sandwiches/toasties, and kids meals. The kids meals are good value but 50% of the limited menu was out of stock including all the cold drinks. Warning - if you want to pay with a gift card don’t waste your time trying to use the machines and find a member of staff instead

Recently M&S caffe had been refurbished with a new system of ordering through a self service machine and payment. It is more convenient for us as I can spend more time to choose a different foods and beverages. Ordered Egg Royale, Macaroni Cheese, Chips and Scampi and other foods and they were delicious. I also ordered an Afternoon Tea set but I think the tray was too large compared with the foods being served.
