My husband and I visited Willows Coffee after seeing its excellent Google reviews, so we arrived with fairly high expectations. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to them. The space is small when you first walk in, with limited seating - we didn't realise until after our visit that they had additional seating upstairs. The service was polite, but felt lacking in warmth and enthusiasm, which made the experience feel less welcoming than I had hoped. Willows is now my go-to coffee shop in Basingstoke, their Caramel Latte is one of the best in my opinion! Rich coffee taste with perfect amount of Carmel and velvet textured milk… It hits different to anything else and the little personal touches on their takeaway sleeves are such a nice touch!

I have always liked this coffee shop as very dog friendly and do a great doggy drink which my dog loves and they always make a fuss of the doggies. On this occasion though I have to say I was disappointed with my flat white coffees which arrived in a small glass which I personally found was too hot for a glass so I asked for it to be put into a cup with a handle. The size was extremely small and dont think worth the £3.50 comparing to other independent coffee shops I have visited.
