It’s been a while since I’ve visited a Pizza Express, so it was nice to reacquaint myself. We were served by the wonderful lady called Donna. She is such a lovely person with a beautiful spirit. My girlfriend recognised her from previous visits, and commented on how lovely she was! All in all, a lovely visit with good food and VERY good service. Thank you, Donna!!

Had a disappointing experience at the Pizza Express in Southgate, Bath for a Mother's Day booking. Despite calling ahead at 11:30 to confirm, the gentleman on the phone assured me that my Blue Light Card discount and Love2Shop voucher would be accepted. When we arrived, Katherine, our waitress, told us they wouldn’t accept the vouchers due to Mother's Day—this was never communicated on the call. Beyond that, the whole service was lackluster. Katherine had a cold, indifferent attitude from taking our orders to paying the bill, which completely killed the atmosphere. I don't know, maybe we cau

We walked into Pizza Express on our first nite in Bath and were pleasantly surprised by our food. We arrived shortly before closing, but the food still tasted like it was made to the same standard they would have applied earlier in the night. We had some pasta as well as a pizza and both were fantastic. Our son even ate some of the pasta, even though it had spinach in it, and liked it so much he almost liked the plate clean.
