To be fair it's a good spot. The food was tasty. The sirloin steak was hot but a lil bit chewy. Nothing wrong with the mash and peri rice. The peppercorn sauce with the steak was 🔥. The Burj burger was fresh and tasty. The steak cut chips were nicely cooked. Waiting times however.....waited quite a while which was a let down. Did wait a bit more than anticipated. Staff were friendly, Decor and interior looked nice. Overall a solid meal and place to eat.

The loaded fries was really nice it hit the spot. The customer service is also really good and I also respect the fact they offer genocide free drinks. Ethical company. The steaks were also tasty. However I wasn’t a fan of the wings. Overall really nice food

Ordered the slow cooked Beef rib and and Angus burger. Its the usual order everytime I come to Bison and never fails. Guy serving me called Aki was really helpful and gave my daughter ice cream on the house which was a nice touch.
