Walked in and ordered takeaway large cod, large chips and battered sausage. Took ~15mins to prepare while we waited at the restaurant part. Fish and the hand cut chips were delicious, the sausage was exceptional too. Will return.

This shop use to be really good and now they’ve settled and got complacent. They lack in customer care, I found a hair in my meal which I pointed out even before I started eating it, where the rest of my family had theirs while I wait. Not even an apology, a compensation for the spoilt family meal and their Fish tasted not fresh but frozen as I can still taste it in the quality. Won’t be back and will find another spot for the better fish and chips experience. If they carry on like this they will be closed in the next 6 months cause that’s not how you run an efficient business.

Prettiest fish restaurant I ever saw. Lovely place to eat. Large cod n chips was really large fillet in crispy batter. Nice chips. I had homemade fish cakes which came with a nice salad of baby tomatoes, rocket etc. all very good.
