Although I waited for 20 minutes in mcdonalds my food came like this, it was 10:30pm and about 4 other customers in there at the time. There were plenty of staff working too but the state of the place was disgusting. I felt nauseous when opening my food and when I asked for a new burger they asked what was missing from the burger.

Visited this McDonald’s at 9 High St, Bedford and had a frustrating experience trying to redeem a valid “Food for Thoughts” survey voucher. After completing the official McDonald’s survey, I received the standard £2.99 Big Mac and medium fries voucher. When I presented it at the counter, the shift manager said they didn’t know how to process it on the till. I explained that it was a normal survey voucher issued by McDonald’s, but the staff were still unable to redeem it.
