NOT IMPRESSED! so bacsically all i wanted was a plain double cheese burger and a caramel frap, there idiots decided to completely mess up the burger and stick maybe every ingredient and more in the burger. I am not impressed I could’ve been illergic to pickles etc, really need to up the standards with this place, people need to get in touch and see what’s going on in the kitchen with the staff, staff need to realise if they were in the position of the customer they wouldn’t want to be treated with such disrespect, Thank you , harry

Got breakfast meal but the baps is hard like cement and cold coffee too. No offense the food wasn’t great amd hungry after nightshift work and like to have a fresh breakfast. Today wasn’t good and I’m upset with my food.

I went to the drive through tonight and ordered a cards 9 nugget meal with a strawberry milkshake, a nugget happy meal and a mini egg McFlurry. I pulled up to the window to pay for my order and seen the guy had made it a large without me asking, then I went on to collect my order and was handed sauces and straws then asked to go to bay 3 and wait on my order. That was okay but when we went, the guy bringing out the food didn’t bring the drinks or McFlurry, So we sent him back in to get them. I then drove home. Never in my life left a negative Google review… until now! Went through the empty drive through at lunch, got told to park up. 20 minutes later my (cold) food arrived, missing my drink! Was giving benefit of the doubt thinking they must be very busy, however when I walked in and saw staff standing round chatting and an empty dining area I realised that was not the case. Attitude of staff also well below parr! Ended up being helped by the cleaning lady (who seemed to be the only person working!) and got my drink. Awful
