One of the better McDonalds in Liverpool. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious everytime I'm there, nothing sloppily prepared. It's clean and chilled out and the service was great.

Food was fresh and Decent, Service was pretty good, Fireworks were set off very low outside the restaurant by masked Thugs who had balaclavas on, they Tried TO COME IN! the Staff handed it well, so the 1-Star for atmosphere is not for the restaurant itself but for the situation.

Ordered a mcspicy meal and asked for tomato sauce through the drive through, paid and went to collect meal… no sauce in bag, so asked for ketchup and was told I had to pay 10p, told the girl that the sign states “additional sauce 10p” I had no sauce. She told me sauce is only free if you get a mcchicken meal????? Told the girl that the sign was wrong then and she told me “she didn’t write the sign” how rude!!! Tried to ring but no answer… always have problems at this McDonald’s but the rudeness!! Not like I could have paid for one at that point even though I asked for one when I ordered!!! AVO

Empty during the day gets busier after school being right next to 3 local schools. Foods always hot, sometimes it's a short wait at the drive thru but if you time it well you can sail through. Never had an issue at this McDonald's and I live around the corner.
