As a loyal patron of Hampstead’s best pub, I felt compelled to leave a review for The (Mighty) Roebuck. Excellent atmosphere both inside and out. Great food and a good range of drinks. Always feel at home whether during dry Jan or the Six Nations. And my dog always feels very accommodated for as well. Can’t recommend strongly enough.

We stopped here for lunch yesterday, as we arrived early it was quiet. The service was quick and attentive. We had two main dishes, the venison pie with mash and cabbage and the pork with cavolo nero and asked to swap the mash for the chips as we were sharing. The meat was tasty, the pie was not too big and the chips were trippled cooked that made them crunchy 😋🍟.

What a great place. Food was truly incredible, melt in your mouth stuff! (we had the steak & ale pie, sausage & mash, and the trout) . Good background music, nice comfy and cosy seating. Staff super friendly too! And to top it off…. Great Guinness! ONLY thing… we drove and was a nightmare to park as all resident permits around.. out of their control! Highly recommend. Thanks for the awesome hospitality, hope you lot smash it 👏👏
