Had food from here during the day and it was great warm and hot and absolutely delicious but I just order it tonight I think the night time manager needs firing of more training. Food was cold had no life like he just says put it in the heater till we get a order. Burger was dry like it had been sitting doing nothing all evening

Got my order wrong multiple times in one visit not sure how you manage that. Took absolutely ages to get a member of staff to notice you they look at you like you don’t exist. Have to shout at them for them to acknowledge you at the counter. Now currently 30 minutes since my order and I’m still sat here in store waiting for them to correct my order. Absolute joke wouldn’t recommend coming here to anyone

The burger I ordered was unfortunately very dry and lacked sauce, which really affected the taste. I usually enjoy food from BK, but this time it was below expectations. I hope this can be improved for future orders.
