Don't even bother trying to order for delivery. It will consistently be ice cold every single time. Somehow this time the cold drinks were actually warmer than the food. Doesn't help it arrived an hour late. We have given up even trying now as it's inedible every time.

Went today staff were lovely helped me on the kiosk when I was unsure how to apply my deals on the app and ensured I had ordered the right things food then came quick and was lovely and hot can’t ask for much more would really recommend

So everyone waits to use a kiosk whilst staff stand and wait doing nothing it has become slow, like the all the time i walk past it on dinners since not bothering anymore, not even calling people for cash over or organising the queues, we are freeing up paid staff on the front for what they're just watching everyone wait? Queues make people avoid choosing you for food, guess its burger kings loss of profits no one elses.

Ordered just 4 large chips through just eat. Arrived cold which is no problem as I can just reheat them BUT there was what I can only assume to be a hash brown in right with the chips. Strongly intolerance to onion so had to throw the entire order. Currently trying to get a refund. Never ordering again. If you give me the wrong order, fine. Mistakes happen. How can you put a hash brown with a box of chips? That is no mistake that is deliberate. Absolutely disgusting. Will be reporting them to the council.
