Visited twice in the past month with different people, and both times all diners have been in agreement that the service was extremely poor. Both times no one checked on how our food was, asked if we wanted any more drinks, cleared our plates when we had finished eating, offered us desserts, ask if we wanted the bill…. Basic hospitality. As soon as our food was served we were ignored which is really surprising considering many reviews mention the friendly service. I couldn't wait to post this review so I'm doing it as I eat🤣 i came by myself by the way - lovely staff and delicious food, they checked to make sure I was okay to eat certain foods, accommodating when i asked to remove vegetables from a meal and always smiling. The prices are also very affordable even though I ordered a million things 🤣 I feel like this place is a hidden gem😊💜 I definitely recommend. Andddd there is some much to choose from and the portions are massive! And the staff are so cute and kind they are like a mum who look after you 💜
