This is an abysmal experience, do not recommend to come here. Just look how empty my sub is for a Philly cheesesteak! Something that usually fills me up left me feeling empty. Also the fact that you do self order alone takes away from the experience of ordering a sub where you pick and choose and they make it in-front of you that's all lost. Barely any meat in the subs, all done via touch-screen. Do not recommend go else where!

Food at this branch was very poor. Everything was rushed, the presentation was messy & it looked like no care was taken at all. The girl named Pretty was the only positive. She was polite, helpful & looked after myself & other customers properly. The other male staff member wearing a turban on shift was the complete opposite. His attitude was unhelpful, his customer service was extremely poor & he rushed the entire order. The food was put together so carelessly that it ended up looking horrible and completely ruined the experience. The shop itself is spacious, roomy layout with a few tables

Where do I get started? The rude manager, staff or terrible quality of food? I have had an absolutely awful experience at Subway. The food portions were embarrassing they are clearly being stingy with their ingredients now. Barely any filling in the sandwich, my friend ordered the chicken salad and paid extra for double chicken yet looked like they barely placed any in. Poor presentation, and the quality overall was terrible. For the prices they charge, you’d expect much better. What made it even worse was the manager, Jay- if that's her name. Visited yesterday — the self-service ordering machines actually made the process longer rather than quicker. The touchscreens weren’t very responsive, so it took a lot of double-tapping even with no queue. Toilets were also out of order. Nothing to fault with the staff or food quality, but not convinced this “faster” system really works.
