The cafe has gone down hill a bit since my last visit, no food available, no hot chocolate they told one lady they had run out of large takeaway cups when they served her a small latte after ordering a large. I Had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my Americano which came in a large cup, when I complained as did others we were told they were short staffed. If we were told upfront we could have gone elsewhere. The atmosphere in the place isn’t the same as it used to be either. It’s a real shame I used to love coming here :(

A couple of weeks ago, I took a few of my friend here who were visiting from England. In the past BHC was wonderful, however, it’s definitely reduced in service quality and care. It took over half an hour for an ice cream sundae to be delivered to the table from the point of payment - be it the restaurant seating area was basically empty…
