Gone are the days of fast food, certainly with this branch. Lack of staff are probably the key to that. I ordered my food on the screen inside the store and was served 23 minutes later. I enjoy Burger King, it's always a nice treat, but there are plenty other places to eat around the Burger King vicinity if time is not on your side. Toilets were clean.

Called in at these BK at about 17:15 on the 2nd March 2026 after a long drive from the North-East of the UK. I had a survery voucher code to use from a previous BK experience in another area and there were no issues redeeming this. Firstly, the storefront and inside dining area was immaculately clean. I could also see that the various areas of the kitchen were spotless and well maintained as well. Crew and managers were all in proper uniform, well-kept, and were appropriately washing their hands between different stations and supporting each other. Food is very good here i suggest th chicken royal it’s a classic and it lives up to its name very royal!!! Hannah was the name of the person who served me. She has a very nice and polite attitude towards the customers. Always maintained eye contact and never stuttered with her words. I highly recommend this Burger King as all the employees are eehmazing.

Burger King Imperial has wonderful staff and great atmosphere, they have been able to complete several very large successful orders. The team work quickly and efficiently. Jade on the front desk was very helpful and management and people in the kitchen on the day were great as making sure orders were fulfilled.
