I ordered two birthday cakes, one featuring a photograph of my daughter and another vegan option. Unfortunately, the cake with the photograph was not customised as requested, and the vegan cake was not prepared at all. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I received no communication whatsoever to inform me that they would not be ready. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service, as a simple notification could have allowed me to make alternative arrangements. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This is my go to place for birthday and celebration cakes. They never fail to disappoint. The cakes are delicious - I could eat a full one to myself! The portion recommendations are accurate, and the prices are so reasonable. I recommend the plain vanilla celebration cake - I personally think this is the best flavor after trying a few of them. You can order online and collect within the hour. Ive also used other stores and have had a similar experience but in terms of parking this is the easiest to access for me (opposed to trafford centre, manchester city centre and cheetham hill) Id reco

Had their cakes many times and always loved it but today really disappointed. Bought 8" square Victoria base cake for a birthday- when sliced a cake and trying to grab it, it won't stay on your fingertips as cake was extremely soft and just not able to get a decent slices out of it. Really disappointing.
