Wow this place was filthy been in Blackpool for a show at the tower decided to treat the kids to a burger spent £30. Don't eat in the place its filthy ordered on the electronic screen took table service but couldn't find anywhere that was clean to sit asked a member of staff if they could clean and wipe a table they just look at you like I'd kicked a puppy the place was not busy but looked like it had not been cleaned for a month. Complained but ignored kids running a a fast food restaurant dreadful very disappointed

This outlet is located on the upper level of a mall and offers ample seating. The restrooms are conveniently situated on the same floor. Although my visit was during off-peak hours, service was somewhat slow.

Staff were spot on and food was really tasty. Always like a good Burger King and this one was nice. Handy location upstairs in the Houndshill with free toilets next door. Just wish that there was more of an atmosphere up there because BK is the only place there now as the other food places left years ago meaning that BK is the only unit open now and it could have a lot of a better ambience to the place,yet this isn't the fault of Burger King

Food is prepared like it has been thrown across the kitchen, half full fries missing cheese. The restaurant is always a mess because the young staff would rather stand around talking instead on clearing tables. This place needs proper management.
