The service in this branch is shockingly slow if you go in to order. There were only 2 other customers inside waiting for food as well as me, but plenty of staff behind the counter. We were stood waiting for a long time, it seemed as if all of the drive through orders were taking priority. Considering the amount of staff, not sure why everything took so long. I eventually had to ask why I was stood waiting for 20 minutes. Coke zero in the DIY drinks machine had also run out. Need to sort out the efficiency of their staff

They have now done away with people taking your order and you have to put yourself through their tiresome ordering system that constantly tries to upgrade your meal so to order just a burger you have to make about 10 choices instead of just choosing your original burger and being allowed to pay. Very annoying if I wanted extra things I would have selected them from the start. No I don't want fries and a soda stop trying to sell me more I just want to buy a burger at burger king not waste my time pushing buttons. Especially since you have staff that could take my order. Terrible. Call me old fa

The people that works at this Burger King are very kind and helpful. The food is always hot and fresh. You literally can do whatever with your burger here! 🔥 Will definitely come back at least once a week.

Dunno what this Antony Hughes lads on about but if wanted a larger bacon double cheese burger, he should’ve ordered the Bacon Double XL, like I did, order was fresh and hot, had a full bag of fries as expected and the bacon in it as expected was fine, not ‘roar’, can tell he’s illiterate 😂😂 but, all in all a good experience, staff were friendly and polite
