Definitely a bite and not a hype. Always fresh produce and good portion sizes. Friendly staff and plenty of healthy options to choose from. My recommendation is the piri piri powerhouse which comes with rice, skin on sweet potato wedges, chopped chicken pieces and a generous drizzle of piri sauce. More on the expensive side but definitely worth it.

Food is very nice here. And healthy. Difficult finding somewhere like this when you want something fast but not full of rubbish. Full of sted heads and gym bunnies hitting the place after a workout. Makes me feel aware of my love handles and the fact I haven't exercised in several days! Food comes quick as well so good if you're in a rush or skiving from work. There's a funny looking plant in the gender neutral toilet (conforming to latest guidance) which caught the corner of my eye as I went in and I thought it was a small child who'd forgot to lock the door! Found myself apologising to a bus

I can't believe I've just paid £7 for a chicken and avocado wrap! No salad available other than lettuce (which you pay extra for). The wrap is warm but ingredients are cold. I work across the road and was told the place was decent. What a disappointment
