It was absolutely amazing! I’ve been meaning to leave a review but I visited about a week ago. We usually get it delivered and it’s always amazing, but this time we decided to go into the building and collect. The place was spotless, the girls Danni and Kirsty were working really hard, they had such amazing attitude, it honestly made the experience 10x better. The food looked fresh, tasted fresh. My partner has a tomato allergy so extra care was put into it. I will 100% be coming back. Well done on the staff too, working hard while also making us customers feel great.

Passing through Boston and spotted the subway, I had a good meal but i found it terrible that I walked in and saw a staff member stood there eating and picking at food out of the food display. I dont think she thought she was seen but i clearly saw her pick up pieces of chicken and put it in her mouth. Quickly swallowed it when she realised she had a customer. This was early evening last week maybe 22nd or 23rd i cant remember which one, and couldnt remember staff name but I believe it began with Coco. Good at sandwiches but very poor customer service - i dont think she even had gloves on!
