Food burnt when delivered. Now contacted thd manager who has arranged replacement meal ( we had to go to collect though ). Always order via nandos direct donot use deliveroo as they are no help in raising issues

Great Nando’s and easily one of the best in Essex. The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavour, the chicken is perfectly cooked every time, and the sides never disappoint. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively, and the place is always clean and well organised. What really stands out is the friendly, efficient staff who make the whole experience even better. Definitely a reliable spot for a proper “cheeky Nando’s.”

Had a great dine-in experience this evening . Got a warm welcome even tho the place was really busy. There was a girl not sure abt her name maybe joyti something was doing an amazing job. No seats at first but she was trying her best to make everyone comfy n get seats sorted. She was serving food, clearing tables, handling deliveries all w a smile. Really appreciated her effort.
