Carluccio’s is an average chain Italian. I didn’t expect too much at a chain Italian in a shopping centre, but the staff are friendly, and the prices are reasonable, and this is somewhere I would return on future trips to Meadowhall, their £9.95 menu is great value for money, and I appreciated being able to use it on a weekend too, it includes a good few dishes, including pasta and risotto. The interior is comfortable and spacious. I managed to get a seat on the back wall, with views of the kitchen. It was clean and felt quite nice. The food was served pretty quickly, too. Just popped in before going to a couple of shops one evening. Have always passed by and thought it looked nice but never really took the dive and go for it. Was really happy we did because it was lovely. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. It was pretty quiet due to the time so could sit where we wanted and we chose a seat near the outside which was the only let down on the experience because you just have lots of shoppers walking past so that is why I only rated 4 stars for atmosphere. Visited while shopping in meadow hall, they had tables available without reservation when others in the food court were booked up. We were seated fast and drinks order taken, staff helpful and attentive. Food was as expected.

Had a lovely breakfast at the restaurant. Service was superb and the restaurant was very clean and beautifully maintained by a polite and helpful team. The gluten-free options were clearly laid out and the breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented. Lovely place to spend an hour and just relax. Thank you.
