The restaurant is modern and elegant, the staff was friendly and attentional however I don't think the chooses we made were the best options. The chicken with truffle was just a boiled chicken tasteless, surprisingly the truffle sauce was not rich and tasty to compensate. Visited Wilfred’s restaurant have to say I was extremely impressed by the all round service we received. We did not book a table but there was no wait to be seated. I was particularly impressed by Imogen who dealt with us for the majority of our visit, really polite and attentive - you are a credit to your role! Food was fantastic - highly recommend the nibbles as a shared starter. The connoisseurs choice for main was lovely (cut the burger into half for best chance if eating.) Lovely visit this evening with my husband. Beautiful decor and lovely, relaxed and romantic vibes with dim lighting and table lamps. The service was exceptional from our waitress Emily. The food was delicious and well presented- scallops, prawn cocktail, sirloin steak; I prefer my steak griddled (think this was oven cooked and flash fried) - a bit 'crispier' rather than juicy - but it was still lovely.
