We visited Fitzbillies in May during mid-afternoon and had a really pleasant experience. The café had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and since it was not too busy, we were served quickly by the friendly staff. The café offers a great variety of coffee and specialty drinks, with plenty of options to choose from. Everything we ordered was fresh and well prepared. I've visited twice during my stay. The coffee was very good and definitely the highlight. Unfortunately, the bun was a bit disappointing—it was overly sugary and didn't seem particularly fresh. Overall, I'd return for the coffee, but I think the pastries could be improved.

We visited Fitzbillies on a busy Sunday afternoon — it was packed (as expected!) but we managed to get a table without too much waiting. The ordering system is done through your phone, which was convenient overall, though one of the hot drinks was a bit tricky to find on the menu.
