Serena★★★★★Cat (Catherine) was a fantastic waitress! Super charismatic, friendly and welcoming. I have waitressing experience myself so I always notice the little things and she did really good. She was super attentive without hovering, and kept a great energy throughout! She also looked really professional and put together, which added to the whole experience. Lovely service all round. I'll be back for the Caramel ice cream!
Beatriz Lemos★★★Food is ok and well priced for London, cocktails are great. The service is reasonable. I understand that basically all London restaurants add service charge but to add a service charge and also expect to you a tip is not good. Cafe Koko should consider their policy or pay their staff better or increase dinner prices.
Dean East★★★★Entering through long draping velvet curtains, greeted by friendly staff the atmosphere of cafe koko is really nice and very welcoming. The cosy low lit lounge area leading to main restaurant is beautiful. The service and servers were brilliant and couldn't be faulted for helping and friendly service. The short rib dish you could barely taste anything. There were more flavours from the accompanying dips a
Michael Parker★★★★★Visited Cafe Koko on18th April in a small group of three prior to a concert next door in the theatre. We just wanted a quick bite of something and a glass of wine to start the evening. Very good value and especially good service from a young lady called Ami. Please pass on my personal thanks - she was very helpful.
