Asda cafe is terrible almost £5 for this panini, 1 tiny bit of chicken on it. We also had a cheese and ham toastie wasn’t the best either. Shocking tbh won’t be eating here again.

Walked in yesterday in an attempt to buy a personalised birthday cake for my daughter's 18th. Walked out empty handed, as no one was of any help and no one seemed to know what they were doing!!. Bakery assistant said "You get the tickets from down there" pointing towards checkout, so I headed towards checkout and asked for help and no one seemed to know what they were doing!!! "Birthday cakes are on bakery" is the response I got!! Duh!! Yes I know!!! It's why I headed to bakery first, but the bakery assistant didn't know what they were doing either!!! Really Asda!!! DO BETTER!!! Your staff

Rude staff on so called "customer services" desk, item I wanted had no tag so I took it there to get priced up to be rudely told to go do it at a til. There was only 1 til open at the time so this resulted in a long wait that surely could of been avoided. The old dear on customer services needs re training on her customer facing role.

Just been told off by a member of staff in the basket shop. So embarrassing. There is a way of talking to customers and she clearly doesn't know how to handle customers. Other faults was there should be more tills open being a bank holiday. Toilets were also rather not very clean. Puts me off shopping here again.
