This is consistently one of the best McDonald’s we’ve been to! I presume this is operated by McDonald’s themselves as I think it’s mostly the franchises that give poorer service as you can see I’ve reviewed a few in the past. The staff are always brilliant and easy to order at the tills. The food is always cooked perfectly. Last time I went I ordered a burger not realising it was quite spicy (as I can’t have spicy food) as it didn’t mention it in the name or sound like it was, so I went back to the counter and spoke to the manager who was behind the till and asked if I could change it as I

So popped in today about 00.40am with my partner to order coffee on way back from London, tills where apparently doing an update which broke and we where left waiting over 10 mins before being told the update was not going to work as such we almost didn't get any order. However the staff particularly the woman did somewhat rectify the issue after I personally asked for a free set of lattes for the inconvenience with this in mind I give 3 stars for the service provided in way of a small compensation of time lost.

The best maccis for miles, even had one of the staff assist helping me whack the ketchup on my fries and also over my hand, had a good ol laugh about it, lovely lady... The double filet is to die for, definately my favourite and freshly cooked too along with the fries and a lovely cuppa chocolate, well done to all the staff who certainly look like they run a well and truly steady ship
